At Bangarang Custom Baits, every lure is handcrafted, individually inspected, and carefully packaged before it leaves our shop.

Because our products are custom, handcrafted fishing lures, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

Each bait is built and finished by hand. Minor variations in paint patterns, wood grain, color tones, and finish are normal and make every lure unique.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bangarangcustomsllc@gmail.com and include photos of the packaging and product. We will review each situation individually and work toward a fair resolution.

We take great pride in the quality of our baits and inspect every lure before shipment. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
