Order Processing

All Bangarang Custom Baits orders are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. During product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada.

  • Standard Shipping: $6.99

  • Free Shipping on orders over $200

Shipping rates and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Most U.S. orders shipped via USPS Ground Advantage arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.

Canadian delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Orders (Canada)

Canadian customers may be responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges assessed by their local government. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.

Bangarang Custom Baits is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be reshipped.

Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging every order. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the packaging and the product so we can review the situation and work toward a resolution.
